- Please note that registration for Saturday events (5K, Champions Mile, Kids Marathon, Toddler Trot, and Pet Walk) ends on Friday, May 3 at 8 p.m. There is no race day registration.

- 7 a.m. to 2 p.m. - Finish Line Festival powered by Cleveland Brothers open (Point State Park)
- 8 a.m. - UPMC Health Plan | UPMC Sports Medicine Pittsburgh 5K Run begins (On the North Shore; West General Robinson Street at Mazeroski Way)
- 8:30 a.m. - Sheetz Pittsburgh Toddler Trot begins (Point State Park)
- Heat 1 - 8:30 a.m.
- Heat 2 - 8:45 a.m.
- Heat 3 - 9:00 a.m.
- Heat 4 - 9:15 a.m.
- 9 a.m. - U. S. Steel Pittsburgh Champions Mile begins (On the North Shore; West General Robinson Street at Mazeroski Way)
- 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. - Pittsburgh Health & Fitness Expo open (David L. Lawrence Convention Center)
- 9:30 a.m. - Chick-fil-A Pittsburgh Kids Marathon begins (On the North Shore; West General Robinson Street at Mazeroski Way)
- Heat 1 - 9:30 a.m.
- Heat 2 - 9:35 a.m.
- Heat 3 - 9:40 a.m.
- Heat 4 - 9:45 a.m.
- Heat 5 - 9:55 a.m.
- Heat 6 - 10 a.m.

- Please note that registration for Sunday events (marathon, half marathon (including the BACK half marathon and walking division, marathon relay, and 4-mile fitness challenge) closes at 5 p.m. on Saturday, May 4. There will be no race day registration on Sunday.

- 5:30 a.m. - Start line corrals open
- 6:50 a.m. - Handcycle division begins
- 7:00 a.m. - Elite athletes begin/Corrals A-E start and continue through 7:40 a.m.
- 7 a.m. - 2 p.m. - Finish Line Festival powered by Cleveland Brothers open (Point State Park)
- 9:00 a.m. - UPMC Health Plan Pittsburgh BACK Half Marathon begins (Oakland)
- 9:30 a.m. - Oxford Athletic Club 4-Mile Fitness Challenge begins (Bloomfield)
