16-Week First Year Movers Marathon

This 16-week beginner marathon training plan is designed for someone looking to complete their first marathon. You should begin your training on January 12.

16-Week First Year Movers Half Marathon

This 16-week beginner half marathon training plan is designed for someone looking to complete their first half marathon. You should begin your training on January 12.

This 12-week beginner half marathon training plan is designed for someone looking to complete their first half, whether walking, running, or a combination of the two. If you’re using this plan, you should begin your training on February 9.

This 12-week beginner 5K training plan is designed for someone looking to complete their first 5K, whether walking, running, or a combination of the two. If you’re using this plan, you should begin your training on February 9.

This 8-week beginner 5K training plan is designed for someone looking to complete their first 5K, whether walking, running, or a combination of the two. If you’re using this plan, you should begin your training on March 10.

Tuna Veggie Grain Bowl and More

BPN is the official Gel and Hydration partner for the DICK'S Sporting Goods Pittsburgh Marathon.

During the half and full marathon routes, BPN Go Gel zones will be available on the course (2026 course maps coming soon). Featuring BPN Go Gels in flavors caffeinated Mixed Berry and uncaffeinated Apple Cinnamon. Lemon-lime BPN Electrolyte Hydration will be available at hydration stops along the course.
