In 2026, the BACK Half Marathon opens its doors to all who seek to embrace the challenge and magnify their impact. We're thrilled to announce two exciting ways for you to join us on this remarkable journey:

1. Standard Runner Registration

To secure your spot for the BACK Half Marathon, the registration fee is equal to the UPMC Health Plan Half Marathon plus a one-time donation of $99.99 to the official charity of your choice. 

2. Charity Runner Registration

Become a charity runner by selecting one of the 43 official Run for a Reason charities at the point of registration. Runners will secure their spot the same way as the standard runners, the registration fee plus a one-time donation of $99.99. However, if you fundraise a minimum of $800 for the official charity of your choice, your registration fee will be fully refunded.
