The New Year is almost here, and you know what that means! Training for the DICK’S Sporting Goods Pittsburgh Marathon weekend of events will soon begin for all you Runners of Steel, including our 2019 Official Bloggers.
This year’s team of Official Bloggers will document their training journeys, share tips and tricks, and help encourage you as you keep MOVING toward the start line. They may range in age, gender, location, background and more, but they all share the same goal — to get you pumped for the 2019 DICK'S Sporting Goods Pittsburgh Marathon weekend of events!
We are thrilled to welcome and introduce you to the 2019 Official Bloggers:
The bloggers will write guest posts for our ‘Burgh Blog and discuss their training journeys on their personal blogs for the next five months, covering a range of topics from motivation and mindfulness to workout playlists and much more. They also look forward to engaging with all you Runners of Steel on social media as you train for the same races.
Whether you are a fitness newbie running your first marathon or a seasoned half marathoner with tons of experience, think of the Official Bloggers a go-to resource. They will remind you why ours is the race weekend that can’t be missed, but most importantly, they will inspire and MOVE you to achieve your own goals.
The 2019 Official Bloggers will serve from December 2018 through May 2019, and all participation in the Official Blogger program is voluntary. Please note that Official Bloggers are NOT financially compensated in any way but receive perks and opportunities to receive additional rewards for their efforts.
